This Confidentiality & Proprietary Information Notice (the “Notice”) applies to all visitors, users, customers, contractors, and other parties (collectively, “Users”) who access or interact with the public e‑commerce website operated by 6ix String (the **“Website”).
6ix String is a Canadian company engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of premium guitar strings and related products (“6ix String,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

All Confidential Information is proprietary to 6ix String unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Permitted Use
Users may view, browse, and purchase products from the Website for personal or legitimate commercial purchasing purposes only. No information on the Website may be used for competitive analysis, replication, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from 6ix String.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

6ix String collects certain personal and transactional information from Users in the ordinary course of business, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and order details (collectively, “User Data”).
6ix String treats all User Data as strictly confidential and proprietary. User Data is collected solely for legitimate business purposes, including order processing, payment fulfillment, shipping, customer support, warranty service, and compliance with applicable laws.
6ix String will never sell, rent, trade, or disclose User Data to third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.
