Precision Manufacturing. Small Batch Control.

Every string is manufactured entirely in-house in Calgary, Alberta. We wind slowly and deliberately using CNC-controlled equipment to maintain wrap integrity and consistent tension. Each string is hand inspected before packaging. If it doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship. 

Small batch production allows us to prioritize consistency over speed.

Material Integrity

Round core is more demanding to manufacture correctly — but when done right, it delivers superior flexibility, harmonic response, and tuning stability compared to conventional hex core designs. Our round core wire is zinc electroplated steel with tight dimensional tolerances. The plating protects against corrosion while maintaining a secure bond between core and wrap wire.

We choose the harder path because it produces a better string.
